Online return and exchanges​

Purchases made online will have 14 days from the day the item is received to make returns.  Returns will not be accepted after 30 days. All return items must be unworn, unwashed merchandise with all the original tags attached. 

Items must be in original condition and packaging. We do not do refunds, only exchanges and store credit.

Final Sale merchandise and items that don't meet this criteria or are non-returnable and will denied and shipped back to sender. Sale items are final sale. We will gladly exchange or give store credit if the items received have manufacturer defects, damages, or are incorrect. 

Customers are responsible for paying for return shipping. Return shipping is non-refundable. In the case of defective or incorrect items, Ennoja will refund the cost of the return shipping.  Shipping costs will not be refundable unless there is a defect by manufacturer.  Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Merchandise purchased online cannot be exchanged or returned at other stores that carry the same product. For returns and exchanges, online purchases must be shipped back to Ennojaclothing.com. 

Gift cards cannot be returned.

Can return in person at the shop.
